Beautiful furnished en-suite room available BS6

We have a lovely top floor ensuite bedroom available in our 5 bedroom Victorian home in Cotham. Please note the small shower room is attached to the bedroom with a separate toilet across the landing.
We are a big family but all three young adult kids are away studying and my husband works abroad Mon-Fri so is only home some weekends.
I’m looking for a quiet friendly lodger who will have full use of the kitchen and washing machine. I WFH and am looking for either a post-grad or professional person who is working/studying out of the home during the working day Mon-Fri. I’m easy going but no overnight guests please. Please note I have a small very nervous (but super cute) toy poodle.
