Hello! Got 2 rooms available in a 3 bedroom flat very close to UOB, on Cotham Rd. The rooms are super spacious- plenty of room to make it your own.

The rent is £465pcm, bills are around £130pcm/pp.
The rooms and the house come unfurnished.
Move in date is 1st of February, 2026.

The flat is in a quiet residential area in Cotham with a big shared garden at the back (loads of space if you're keen on gardening/bbqs!). The flat is split onto two floors, with the main living space downstairs. While the rooms come unfurnished they do have a built-in cupboard. The general decor of the flat is a little dated, but the rooms are huge for the price and the location is great.

The general vibe of the house is nice and quiet in the evenings. It's not a party house, but friends and partners are always welcome to come over and hang out. I'm pretty clean so I'm looking for people who also enjoy a clean space and know how to keep a house feeling like a home.

I'm approaching my 30's. I'm studying full time at UOB and working part time in a fintech company. In my spare time I enjoy all sorts of artsy activities, photography, boardgames etc. I love cooking and hosting dinners, so my friends come around a fair amount. Not a huge party person but I'm definitely social. Looking for people with a similar vibe.
