We are looking for a third housemate to join us in our lovely flat in Cotham, we are looking for someone that is keen to be social and ideally with some of the same interests :)
Will (30) works as a Barista in a coffee shop
Iz (28) works in special education at a college
We are generally quite chilled & respectful in the week and on weekends we are social :) we enjoy going to the pub, going for a walk or hike, wild swimming, visiting art exhibitions, watching films, running, going to gigs, and generally enjoying things going on in Bristol!
Looking for someone who is preferably late 20s early 30s. Working a 9-5 is a must. We are both veggie so ideally another vegetarian/vegan would be great.
The location is great we are based just off Gloucester Road. Montpellier train station is just 5 mins walk away & lots of bus stops close by.
The room is large with a view out onto gloucester road, we have 1 toilet & 1 bathroom, a lounge & kitchen.
The room is £525 p/m + £160 for bills
