Hello! I am looking for someone to fill my room in our gorgeous little two bedroom flat in Cotham whilst I am away travelling!

We’re a short walk from Gloucester Road and also really accessible to Whiteladies Road and Park St. Redland train station is less than a ten minute walk away!
We’re on a lovely little quiet street and the flat has access to a shared garden.
The room is a very large double. I am planning on leaving the furniture (shelf, mirror, clothes rail, drawers etc.) but taking all my personal belongings so it’s a blank canvas for you. I’m flexible on this though so let me know if you’d like another arrangement.

You’ll be sharing the flat with one other friendly and lovely person who will make you feel at home!

Rent is £700 and bills usually come out at about £150-£200, but I am happy if we just call it £800 and I will cover any remaining cost of the bills.

Unfortunately our landlord doesn’t allow pets, (sad times)
