1 Furnished Double Room to rent in Cotham, just down from the arches near Montpelier High School. The house is situated on a small side street just off Cheltenham Road with street parking. There is a large kitchen area with an island leading to a conservatory and a small courtyard. Washing machine and tumble dryer is included.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and some drawers, plenty of space for more furniture if you need it. You will be sharing the bathroom pictured with one other person as everyone else has en suites.
You will be sharing the house with 4 others (one person lives in the studio on the 3rd floor who has their own kitchen and bathroom). 2 boys 2 girls, aged 23-29.
We’re a pretty chill house but always happy to have a chat and socialise / bring friends around etc. just keep it respectful. The house is in a great location, 10 min walk into town and a short walk to Montpelier train station. Would prefer someone around our age group and who is happy to live in a quieter house - we’re not a party house. We all work full time so value our quiet time.
