My name is Amelia and I am looking for a flatmate! I am the sole renter currently and would love to have someone in my second bedroom. It has a small double, a built in the wardrobe and a bedside table but is otherwise unfurnished. The flat is very cosy and maximalist, and I have a tabby cat called Mabel. I am looking for another young professional who enjoys a cosy, quiet lifestyle. Parking is permit only, and the property has a limit per year so probably more suitable to someone with no car. Council Tax band is B. If we are a good fit then I will put you in touch with the agency. You will need to pass a referencing before signing the contract and paying the deposit. You and the agency will then agree on a move in date.
