Double room in Cotham flat

My current flatmate is moving out and so looking for someone to replace them in our second floor 2 bed flat in Cotham.

Great quiet location just off of the hustle and bustle of Gloucester Road with all it's pubs, bars and restaurants. Transport links include main bus routes on Glouceater Road and Redland train station, and walkable to Bristol city centre.

Shared bathroom and large bright living room, with a shared garden and patio for BBQs in the summer. Access via front and back with double garage for storage. Possibility of furnishings (bed, wardrobe) if required.

I enjoy music (play guitar and going to gigs), running, reading, and writing. I work for a sustainable green tech start up and am fully on site so the flat is empty during the day. Some flexibility on tenancy start date. Council tax band C.
