Double room in lovely flat

Hi, our names are Lava and Karnn. Sadly our third flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone to move in from the 1st March.

We both work full time and like to be sociable - we’re both fans of a pub night but also don’t mind staying in and watching Netflix. We have our own hobbies so keep to ourselves sometimes too. Hoping to find a friendly person who has a similar balanced way of life.

We try not to be too demanding with cleaning but we do try to keep the flat as tidy as possible.

The bedroom that we have to offer is a double with lots of light, and will be unfurnished. Bills (gas/electricity, council tax, WiFi, come in at around £150 each, with water coming out every quarter at £80. Location is great, with Gloucester Road just round the corner, and a short walk to Clifton or the centre. There’s also Cotham Gardens at the top of the road which is a great place to have a bbq on a sunny day!
