Room 1 has 3 large sash windows with triple glazing which makes it super quiet.

The room is absolutely huge with an original victorian fireplace.

Room 2 is a medium size double room with a double bed and a large sash window. This room is also super quiet as it has triple glazing and is next to the garden.

It is a 1 minute walk from Stokes Croft, less than a 10 minute walk into the city centre making it the perfect location.

There will be a maximum of 3 people living in the house, including myself. I will be there some of the time but not all of the time as i travel a lot for work. It is a large house with 3 toilets / bathrooms- there is plenty of space.

A little bit about me;

I am a full time musician and business owner. I like festivals, yoga, travel, sport, art, reading, history, humanities.

I am looking for someone that is nice, respectful, kind, considerate, clean and friendly.

I am a big dog and cat lover so would be open to someone who owns a friendly pet.
