Sublet - Furnished Bristol 1 bed *bills included*

Hey all,

Hoping to find somebody who would like to sublet my one bedroom garden flat in Cotham while I’m away for work.

Flat is well located and unusually large for a one bed at around 80sqm with an equally large private back garden.

Fully equipped kitchen, recently decorated living room bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and hallway/working area are yet to be done as hoping to do some slightly more renovation work at the end of the year.

I will of course arrange for you to have total wardrobe and bathroom space but would like to find someone who would appreciate having pots pans to cook and books to read!

Garden is great for socialising in summer with a barbecue comfy sofa and cute lights.

Neighbours are super cool and it’s a stones throw away from great restaurants bars and more.

Ideally wanting someone who would wanting to move in on 5/5 for between 5 to 10 weeks. Can be slightly flexible for the right person as that’s the most important thing!

Flat is small dog friendly! Unfortunately I’m super allergic to cats or else I’d welcome them.

Apologies in advance - recent decorating means the flat is in a bit of a state for viewing but it will be pristine if you choose to live in it.

Please note - max occupants is 2 people (double bed), smoking is fine in the garden not the house, and I would like to do an informal contract/ - including exchanging IDs/socials just for both of our securities.

I do own flat but renting to cover costs while away not to make a profit. Happy to show proof of ownership and permission to rent so you know you’re not in a dodgy illegal sublet. I’ve been there!

Inclusive of gas & electricity (up to £50pm each which is above average use especially in spring/summer - after that you’d need to top up the meters ), internet, council tax etc all included too.
