Large double with balcony and en suite

Large double bed room in shared house of 3, with:
- en suite
- large balcony with scenic views
- Parking
- Bike storage
- 2 min walk to Gloucester Road
- 10 min walk to Montpelier train station

The flat is unfurnished but for the most part it’s all there. All of the Furniture in the room is mine however I’d be willing to leave several bits like desk, shelves and clothes hanger. An agreement could also be made on the bed/mattress however I’m happy to take both with me.

Current flatmates are both easy going, one of them works in the city centre and is in the office every day until 6/7 and the other works in Aztec west and is in the office 3-days a week.

This tenancy would be a new rolling contract with 2 months notice. The landlord is helpful, any issues he’s always quick to resolve.

Bills total about £110 (energy, water, council tax, wifi) a month.
