Homely and bright flat - Cotham

My name is Avani, I’m 24 and I work in finance (not a finance bro promise). I’m looking for someone to share my two-bedroom flat in Cotham.

My flat has spacious rooms with high ceilings and plenty of light coming in through big bay windows at the front and back. The open-plan living room / kitchen is a great social space and is comfortable for morning coffees by the window and easy relaxing in the evenings. The front garden would be ours to enjoy with decent privacy from hedges and a beautiful cherry blossom. The available bedroom features a single bed and built-in floor-to-ceiling wardrobes (can come unfurnished or furnished).

The flat is situated in a homely residential neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance. Cotham Hill is a wonderful place to hang out on a summer’s day. I’m also only a 5 minute walk from Clifton Down Station and the big Sainsbury’s, which is super convenient. The Downs are just a 20 minute walk, which is great for after-work picnics. There’s plenty of street parking, though a permit would be needed.

I’m looking for someone tidy and respectful. I love nights out and nights in. I love to dance, crochet and read in my free time. But also love a rave and a boogie - happy to share a bottle of wine and chat ☺️. I work from home 2 days a week and I would love to find someone who makes my flat our home. I love hosting my friends on occasion and this is a space where you could very much do the same. I would love to find someone where we could be great friends, not just strangers living together. Totally understand peoples need for their own space/ quiet time too (so needed to recharge ofc)
