Looking for a respectful, professional person to take over my room in this lovely 3-bedroom flat with a garden right by Whiteladies Road.

The house is in a great location on Aberdeen Road, just a short walk from Whiteladies Road with its cafés, pubs, restaurants, gyms and shops. Clifton Down station is nearby(6 minute walk away), there are regular bus links into the city centre(25 minutes if you’d prefer to walk) and the Downs is within walking distance which is perfect for runs, walks or just enjoying some green space. Despite being so close to everything, the house itself stays quiet and relaxed.

This isn’t a party house and is best suited to someone who prefers a quieter professional home, though of course friends are welcome over and it should feel like your home too.

Katharine and Áine are looking for someone considerate, tidy and easy to live with who’s looking for a comfortable long-term home. They are friendly and there’s a great respectful vibe in the house but they are both incredibly busy so rarely socialise at home and are usually out doing their own thing in their free time. This house is best suited for people who would prefer that in a house.
