Room in Cosy Flat with 2 Cats

Hi!

I’m Zoe and I live in my flat with my 2 cats, Clover and Bramble. I’m a 25F working as a materials engineer. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, but otherwise I’m in the office usually 9-5. I spend most of my free time at dance classes or rehearsing for a show/performance of some sort.

My current flatmate is moving out in July and I’m looking for someone to replace her for a few months before my partner moves in.

The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath on the 2nd floor of a beautiful brick building on Cheltenham Road. The room is a double bedroom that comes furnished with a bed frame, chest of drawers and clothes rail - you are welcome to bring any additional furniture if you need. The family bathroom in the hallway would be for your use only except for if there are guests over.

The living/kitchen space is definitely the highlight of the flat! It’s so gorgeous in the summer time as there’s lots of windows, but that means it can also get a bit hot. There is a small balcony with double doors that looks out onto the main road. The kitchen has a hob/oven, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer & microwave. There is also a washer/dryer for laundry in the hallway cupboard.

The flat is situated a 6 min walk away from Montpelier train station & there is a bus stop right outside the entrance to the building. Additionally, there is a free parking spot in the underground car park if you need it.

The flat is council tax band C. In terms of bills, we would split everything in half.
