Situated at the bottom of Cotham / top of Stokes Croft the location is ideal for young professionals who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere on their doorstep with the city centre at a stone's throw.

I'm working in the creative industry and WFH so I'm around the house quite a bit, but if I'm not working I'm out of the house as much as possible. I'm an avid keep fitter and have a range of good quality exercise equipment, some of which is set up in the lounge. So just a quick note as long as you can cope with it in the shared space.

Standard lodger agreement (3 months minimum). Proof of work and work reference, 3 months bank statements required.
