Ensuite double room in 2 bed Garden Flat in Cotham

My lovely housemate is moving away from Bristol, so I'm looking for someone to take her room in the 2-bed flat I've been renting in Cotham. The room is available from September.

The room is a decent-sized double bedroom with its own large private bathroom (bath and shower), plus a separate personal storage room and an additional shared storage room. The flat itself is bright and spacious, with a large living room, separate kitchen, and a lovely garden with a patio that's perfect for summer BBQs or relaxing after work. The flat is furnished but the room is unfurnished. It's on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from the city centre with great pubs and cafes nearby.

There's plenty of street parking around if you have a car - just need to buy a permit.

A bit about me: I'm Becky, 32, and work full-time. I really love living here and am looking for someone who's easy-going and considerate. I've been lucky to live with a close friend for the past few years, so I'm hoping to find someone who enjoys a friendly, sociable home - someone who's up for the odd cuppa, shared dinner or trip to the pub now and then, while also having their own life and respecting each other's space.

Outside of work I'm into mountain biking, running, surfing, gigs and pub trips with friends. It's definitely not a party house, but I do enjoy having friends over for dinner or the occasional BBQ, and having friends or family to stay from time to time. I'd be looking for someone who's comfortable with that, and of course you'd be welcome to have people over too.

Rent is £825 per month plus bills and we are council tax Band D.
