Looking for a lodger to build a home with

Looking for someone friendly and sociable to share my flat in Cotham. I'm easygoing, tidy, and am looking for a lodger who's open to building and sharing a social life together.

Sometimes cook together, sometimes hike together, sometimes not speak for a month because *travelling*. Its whatever we want it to be.

The flat's in a great spot in Cotham, close to the shops, cafes, and bars on Gloucester Road and Cotham Hill, and an easy walk into the centre or up to Clifton. I've freshly renovated it, so the kitchen is a great space to cook and socialise in (we have an island?!) and the bathroom has a walk in shower + a japanese toilet that leaves you feeling fresher after than before :)

I work in an engineering company (may be moving jobs soon), but mostly work from the office with an occasional wfh day. I welcome any working style, and there is a desk space available should you need it.

In summer, I enjoy social bike rides, tennis and squash, run clubs, hiking and all kinds of outdoor activities. I like to look after myself and am a morning person, so expect the fresh coffee to be grinding and the nutribullet blasting before 7am (don't worry, it won't disturb your sleep).

In winter I tend to settle more into indoor activities - like deep and reflective film nights, reading, dinners with friends or indoor venue fun.

On-Street parking available with a permit (very affordable and always has lots of spaces just outside).

The rent includes bills and WiFi, just a single payment made each month, nothing else.
