🌿 Double room available in a peaceful, spacious & airy maisonette in Kingsdown / Cotham 🌿

I’m looking for a lovely female housemate to join me in my home from the end of September (date can be flexible!).

- £822 rent + roughly £200 bills
- Spacious maisonette with a garden
- Move-in: end of Sept, but flex

A little about the house & me:
It’s currently just me in the house - I’m 31, single and work in PR at offices on the harbourside. I’m pretty sociable and love getting out and about - hiking, camping, cycling, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, pubs, drinks in the park, dinners with friends and generally making the most of Bristol 🌞🌿

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally someone 29/30+, female, and working a fairly regular 9–5/weekday job.

More importantly, I’d love to find someone who I genuinely get along with and who’d be up for having a friendly, sociable home together - whether that’s the occasional dinner, coffee, walk or weekend adventure, while also being happy doing our own thing.

I’d say I’m probably best suited to someone who is warm, open-minded, kind, self-aware and easy going, who enjoys getting outdoors and having a bit of an adventure, but also loves a cosy night in and a couple of drinks here and there. If you’re into good chats, spontaneous plans, the occasional wholesome walk but also a pub garden, we’ll probably get on very well!
