- Housemates usually work during the day and are generally not back until around 6–7pm
- Bills are around £110/month (energy, water and council tax)
- Rolling tenancy with 2 months’ notice required

Flat is unfurnished but has majority that's needed. I can also leave some bedroom furniture/items if needed - happy to discuss what’s available.
