Double bedroom in friendly house in Downend

The bedroom on offer is a spacious double, located in a fantastic spot on Downend Road, conveniently situated between Downend High Street and Fishponds. The room comes with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. We also have a driveway with space for up to 4 cars, and there’s a bus stop right outside with direct links to the city centre, which is really handy.

Our house is quite spacious, with 2 double bedrooms and a nursery room. The large kitchen/diner has been recently renovated and overlooks the garden, and the house gets plenty of natural light throughout.

At the moment, it’s myself (Amy), Ryan and our 14 month old Reggie living here. Ryan works as an electrician, and I work in media and am also studying to be an acupuncturist. We’re used to having flatmates and have previously had lodgers who we’ve become good friends with! This is definitely a family-friendly environment, we also have two friendly dogs, Oscar and Frank, who love cuddles.

We’re a pretty relaxed couple—during the week we keep things low-key, maybe have the odd drink, cook and eat together, and enjoy some reality TV. Weekends are usually when we’re out and about. We’re looking for someone who has similar interests to us and would prefer a quieter, more settled atmosphere. Ideally, we’d love someone who’s clean, tidy, respectful, and enjoys being social but also has their own life outside of the house.

The rent is £800 a month including bills.
