Detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac, with on-street parking always available. Bathroom upstairs mostly to yourself (landlord has an ensuite shower) with second wc downstairs. Communal kitchen, lounge, back garden with patio. Live-in, sociable, clean and tidy landlord with friendly springer spaniel puppy. I work from home 1-3 days per week and love to go running, swimming, exploring and a regular night out, but equally value a quiet and civilised home to nest in. Located close to great walks and local pubs. Would suit someone similarly active, sociable and tidy - professionals or students. Have had both before.
