Large double room – available for 3 months with potential to extend to 12mths.

The room:
Spacious and light, the room is larger than a usual double and furnished with double bed with drawers under bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair and has views out to the garden and woodland beyond.

Our home:
The room is in our family home. You’ll have use of shared kitchen, lounge, dining room, laundry facilities and shared bathroom. Our home backs on to woodland and is super peaceful.

Location:
We're in a good location for getting into central Bristol (short walk to bus stop direct to city centre or 25min cycle), easy connections for UWE, MOD, Bristol Parkway station and motorway.
A short walk to both Downend and Fishponds for shops, amenities, coffee shops and places to eat.
Very short walk to some great green spaces: Frenchay Common, Lincombe Barn and Vassall's Park

About us:
My partner and I are both working professionals, I also teach yoga. We're renting the room for the next 3 mths while our daughter is away travelling. We’re friendly, active and sociable and we're looking to rent the room to a working professional who’s friendly, considerate and tidy (note - not suitable for someone who works from home.)

No smoking. No pets.
