I live in a Victorian Terraced House in between Downend and Staple Hill High Streets (both around 5 minute walk), and is approx 10-15 min walk from Fishponds High Street. The room has a double bed and wardrobe available, The bathroom and other living spaces are shared with the owner. Parking is on the street outside, no designated parking bays. I would accept discussion about Monday to Friday /weekday rentals for reduced cost (if you are not looking for somewhere 7 days a week). Please contact me to discuss. I work from home several days a week, so if you also work from home, it is unlikely to be suitable.
The property is around 5 miles north east of city centre, not far from Page Park and the cycle track.
