Double room for rent in Staple Hill

I am Miriam (F35) and I currently live with my boyfriend Adam (M33) and small cat Blue (F12 maybe???). Adam is looking to move to Scotland in September for university so we are looking for someone to rent our spare room out.

The house has a spacious living room, with TV (and Netflix, Prime etc), highspeed wifi network, a large stylish dining room and a tidy kitchen with all of the normal amenities. The kitchen has a large glass sliding door out into a small garden area, with a patio area, fire pit and a shed for bike storage.

The room is a double, with large windows looking out onto the garden letting in loads of natural light. It is neatly furnished with a new bed, comes with brand new bedding and has plenty of storage with a built in wardrobe cupboard. There is a set of shelves for books and a set of drawers. There is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower, good water pressure and some shared toiletries storage.

The house is located adjacent to Staple Hill High Street which has plenty of shops and pubs but the road is quiet. It is also has easy access to Bristol city centre via bus or the Bristol-Bath cycle path which is a 2min cycle away.

We both love climbing, being in the mountains and biking. We try and spend as much time as we can outdoors. This can be climbing in area local to Bristol or further afield like the Lake District/North Wales/Scotland. Adam won't be around much during term-time however will be back periodically during weekends/uni holidays etc. We're looking for someone who's pretty chilled, clean, tidy and friendly, who ideally has similar interests.

You must also be cool with cats. Blue is great but can be a bit wary of new people initially but once she's settled you won't get rid of her. The door for the spare room has been closed so she hasn't been there.

I work for the emergency services and work shifts including night-shifts with lots of mid-week days off. We're looking for someone to move in ideally at the start of September but are flexible would consider someone moving in a bit later.
