Double Room Available in Downend

First floor bedroom in heart of Downend, Available mid-November. Easy bus routes and on-street parking. Two young professionals (friends) between 24-25, ideally looking for people around the same age. We’re both sociable but also like our own time to chill, love music, movies, cooking, having a few beverages as well as some wholesome activities! Do have a little dog, ask away anything you need to know about him!

The room is a double & has a built-in wardrobe & enough room for desk. The house is three-storey, has a garden, nice kitchen & living room communal areas! Room unfurnished, but we do already have furniture in the other rooms. Bills are not included and come to around £150, with rent at £570. Pictures are poor of the room as wanted to show it empty, but will provide more with interest!
