Hey! My name is Kat, and I'm looking to rent the second bedroom of my lovely first floor flat.
I am looking for:
- All week OR Mon-Fri let (4 nights at a reduced rate).
- female, full time (9-5) office based
- 3 month minimum term with potential to extend to rolling if the right fit for both of us

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (with 4 large underbed storage drawers), wardrobe with mirror door, large chest of drawers, and dressing table. Space for small additional furniture too. If you are lodging mon-fri, you'd be welcome to leave personal items in the room but the room would be used if I had friends/ family visiting at the weekends (and I'll confirm this in advance).
I'm someone who enjoys my own space and quiet time, I like to keep pretty tidy and organised too (but no one is perfect!). My weekdays after work vary between quiet nights on the sofa watching TV after a spin class or catching up with friends over wine either in the flat or out in Bristol somewhere. When I have time, I bake the best brownies in Bristol (self proclaimed) but like to get outside in the evenings when its sunny. I work mostly from home and in the open plan living area so it's for this reason I'm looking for someone who is office based.
It would be nice to be able to occasionally get a takeaway together, watch a film/ Netflix, or head to the local for an after work drink every so often but appreciate everyone needs their space.
It's a quiet block, which is something I love about living here so ideally you will fit in with that environment too. The windows all overlook the shared garden, so it feels really private and calm here.
About the flat/location:
5 minutes walk to Downend high street, 5 minutes walk to Staple Hill high street, and only a little further to Fishponds which takes 15-20 mins walk. So lots of handy shops, supermarkets,, cafes and pubs right on the doorstep!
Bus stop also at the top of the road that goes straight to the city centre (47x/48x).
Off street parking is plentiful. There are well lit bike racks at the front of the block too. I also have a garage which I'm happy to discuss shared use of if required.

Bathroom with shower and bath, toilet is a separate room.
Open plan lounge/dining area which flows into the kitchen.
