We are a friendly family, consisting of Mum and teenagers -aged 15 and 16 years. We are looking for a respectful professional or student, who wants to live in a comfortable family home. Our house is located on a safe, leafy street in a quiet neighbourhood with ample on street parking close to bus routes. We are approximately 3 miles from UWE, with easy access to Bristol centre, 5 minutes to the Bath to Bristol cycle track and local shops. We are within 15 minutes walk from Lidl, Morrisons and Aldi. Your bathroom is shared with two teenagers, with an additional toilet available downstairs. You will also have shared use of a sitting room, kitchen-diner and a large garden with patio. Washing machine and Wi-Fi included. Your bedroom is furnished with a single bed, bedside table and cupboard, with room for a small desk. Council tax band D.
