Walking distance from Cleeve Hill Shops and Downend High Street. Easy access to the ring road and motorways. Commutable to MOD, city centre and Southmead.

I mostly work away but when I am home have a very friendly 4 year old German Shepherd so dog lovers are essential.

There is a shared open plan living space with kitchen, dining room and living space. The property has a garden and parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

There is an upstairs family bathroom and downstairs shower room for exclusive access of lodgers if needed. I utilise the ensuite in my room.

All bills are included and fibre broadband is in place throughout the property.
