Double Furnished Room

A double room available on a Monday to Friday basis in a two bed house.

£500pm Mon- Fri

£30 per night for the occasional weekend ie a Fri or Sun with prior notice.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe & some storage space. Bed linen & towels are available & washed at the weekend when the room is cleaned.

I commute to my place of work on weekdays not returning until 6pm at the very earliest, sometimes not until 8. Would suit a working professional who needs midweek accommodation in a quiet chilled home.

I am a friendly upbeat person & well versed with sharing my home. Previous tenants have found it really comfortable to share the bathroom & kitchen & even ended up sitting in the lounge together of an evening once we got to know each other a little better.

The house is not far from the M32, M4, M5 Junctions with easy access to Filton, Bradley Stoke, Patchway, Keynsham, Wick etc. I am up the road from Emersons Green & Lyde Green & Longwell Green is just up the ring road.

There is a lovely local park & green area if you like getting out in nature or walking & a sports centre which is open to the public. There is roadside parking and a shed to store a bike if needed.

The house has Wi-Fi & a Freesat TV in the room & there is 24/7 rolling cctv which overlooks the entire street so it is secure although the neighbourhood is quiet & safe anyway.
