It is a double furnished room in an 2-bed house from Mon-Fri only at £500pm.

Wi-Fi & Freesat TV with a very comfortable king size bed, wardrobe & storage space. Bed linen & towels are washed at the weekend when the room is cleaned.

I commute to my place of work on weekdays not returning until the evening therefore it would suit a working professional who needs midweek accommodation in a quiet chilled home.

I am a friendly upbeat person well versed with sharing my home. Previous tenants have found it really comfortable to share the bathroom & kitchen & after a time would spend time in the lounge.

The house is by the M32, M4, M5 Junctions with easy access to Filton, Bradley Stoke, Patchway, Keynsham, Wick, Emersons Green & Lyde Green & Longwell Green is just up the ring road.

There is a lovely local park & green space if you like getting out in nature or walking & a sports centre which is open to the public. There is roadside parking and a shed to store a bike if needed.
