Single bedroom in lovely house

I have a lovely single room available towards the end of August. I am the live in landlord and the new tenant will be the only lodger.
I work full time as a teacher and I have an elderly Ragdoll cat so it essential that you love cats.
You will have access to the kitchen/diner, as well as a lovely garden to sit in during nice weather. There is a garage if you want to store a bike.
You will mostly have exclusive use of the bathroom, the only exception would be if I have overnight family or friends staying. There is also a downstairs toilet.
I am looking for someone respectful who is happy to clean up after themselves. I employ a cleaner once a fortnight.
All bills are included in the price. It is not suitable for home working and absolutely no smokers please.
The house is very accessible to UWE (15 mins on the bus) and town about 30 mins by bus. You can easily walk to both Downend shops and the retail park at Emersons Green.
