Comfortable Top-Floor Room in Friendly Family Home

We’re a friendly and relaxed family of three looking for someone to rent a room in our home. Ideally, we’re looking for someone in full-time work who is clean, respectful and looking for a calm and welcoming place to live.

The household consists of Mum, who works full-time, Dad, who is retired, and our 30-year-old son, who works while also studying full-time. We also have two lovely older dogs – a black Labrador and a Staffie – as well as our cat, Buddy, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.

The room is situated on the top floor of the house, giving you plenty of privacy as the rest of the family sleeps on the middle floor. It is fully furnished and comes with a fridge, kettle, sofa and desk.

You’ll also have full use of our fully equipped shared kitchen, comfortable living room, garden and two shared bathrooms, located on the ground and middle floors.

Driveway parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

We are around a 10-minute walk from the local high street, which has shops and good transport links to Bristol city centre and other areas of Bristol. There is also a local shop, Chinese takeaway and barber less than a two-minute walk from the house.

We’re ideally looking for someone in a profession that requires a DBS check, although this isn’t essential. References will be required, and anyone without a current DBS check would need to be willing to obtain one.

The room is available immediately.

We’re looking for someone who will feel comfortable living as part of a friendly household while still having plenty of their own space and privacy.
