Furnished Double Bedroom Easton

Hi all

I have a good-sized double bedroom available now in my home on the Easton/Eastville border.

You'd be sharing with me, my 16 month old son, and our lovely, friendly cat Leo.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfy bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, tall shelving unit, chair and big built-in wardrobe.

The rest of the house has a brand new spacious kitchen/breakfast bar, lounge/dining area, shared bathroom upstairs, plus extra toilet downstairs. There's a big, south-facing garden which is great for growing veg and chilling on the outdoor furniture in the warmer months.

A bit about me...I am currently working out of the house three days a week as a teaching assistant whilst my son is at nursery. On other days we're out at play groups, seeing friends, family or chilling at home.

A bit about him...he is a happy boy who will give you a big smile. Importantly, he sleeps in with me and is very content having all night access to the milk bar, so no need to worry about your sleep being disturbed.
I'm looking for someone to join us who is clean, tidy and considerate. Ideally you'll work 9-5 hours and like to be tucked up by 10pm-ish like me. It's a quiet house with minimal footfall so it would suit someone else happy to be in a chilled space and do most of their socialising outside of the home.

The house itself is in a quiet spot set back from a road. There's use of a free car park adjacent.
It's well-connected, just off the M32. Regular buses into the centre, takes 10 mins when no traffic. Short walk to Stapleton Road train station for 10 min journey to Temple Meads or 10 mins up to Clifton Down which goes up to Avonmouth.
Lots of local shops, restaurants nearby including St Mark's Road and a 10 minute walk to huge Tesco, Boots, M&S Food and a gym.
It's a stone's throw to Greenbank cemetery and delightful Eastville Park leading to Snuff Mills is just a 5 minute walk.

No couples, no more pets and there is no space for a bike unfortunately.
