Double bedroom with private big toilet - Easton :)

Hey there,

We have a double bedroom available in our house on St. Marks Road, a vibrant and multicultural area. It’s super convenient with easy access to the City Centre, local shops, bakeries, and supermarkets like Lidl and Tesco. If you drive, the M32 is nearby, and there are plenty of bus stops (48, 49, 24) close by. Plus, we’re near some great pubs (Greenbank, The Plough, Queen’s Head, Black Swan), Eastville Park, climbing centres, and more (BS5 if you want to check Google Maps).

About the room (see pics)

The room is located on the ground floor, it's very bright and quite large. The room has a small walk in storage and your own bathroom! The bathroom is also on ground floor next to the room. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, we are happy to provide furniture if you are looking for a fully furnished room or ditch what we have if you have your own stuff. At the moment there is a wardrobe and a double-bed (with underbed storage space).

About the house.

We have a modern, fully kitted kitchen (including a dishwasher, yes that’s right!) with plenty of fridge and cupboard space (you will have your own fridge and freezer). Nice and cosy living-room area adjacent to the kitchen.

There is a super duper fast broadband here too, in case you work from home.

Outside, there is a nice garden with plenty of flowers and some fruit trees! Very sunny (when it's not raining lol), we even grow some veg during summer :)

Secure bike storage/shed at the front garden and easy off-street parking.

The bills aren't included in the price, simply because of constantly changing energy prices. We use Splitwise to manage bills - they come up to around £130 per month.

About us.

Marta and I bought the house four years ago so no agencies involved, no agency fees or any other made-up fees lol. We are pretty relaxed and easy-going.

- Marta (35 years old) - Lighting designer and tattoo artist

We are both professionals and we’re quite busy most of the time. Marta has two part-time jobs and being a tattoo artist takes up most of her time. Rafa has a full-time job and is about to start studying masters in October.

We are looking for a friendly housemate who is considerate, clean, and who respects the shared spaces. We do like the house clean and we expect everyone doing their share :)

We do have friends coming for dinner from time to time but our raving times are over/nearly over hahaha! We enjoy chilling and quiet times. We’ve made this house a home and would like to keep it like that:)
