Double Room to rent

Hi Y'all... We have a double room to rent in a 3 bed house from end of Feb for £600 / month (bills included). I own the house and am looking for a second lodger. You would be living with me and Kaitlin, two open-minded easy-going fun-loving silly geese! Looking for someone who is up for communal vibes who wants to hang out and contribute to a homely social chilled atmosphere. I am 45, a neurophysio with a tech business side hustle, like to climb and get outdoors as well as hang with mates in the pub. Kaitlin is a civil servant doing a marketing masters, and has a side hustle of vintage fashion collecting / selling/remastering. Dogs (quiet ones) and cats welcome as long as you clean up after them and they like a cuddle! Likely will do some renovations in a years time but not sure yet.
