Two rooms available in a four bed house share in Redfield, BS5. One at the start of November and one at the start of December.
£650 per month, inclusive of all bills (council tax, broadband, water, gas, electric)
The house is kept clean and tidy. It's not a party house. Current housemates are chilled, but sociable. They would prefer to keep the house as 2m/2f, young professionals, aged between 25-30, working regular office hours (weekdays 9-5), rather than shift/night work. 1 male and 1 female will be staying on .. so they're ideally wanting 1 male and 1 female to move in.
The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, combined kitchen/lounge, one shower room with toilet, one additional downstairs toilet, and a garden (with table/chairs and a shed). Each room has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and desk, black-out curtains/blind.
The house is easily accessible to the city centre, both by foot and with good transport links, including frequent buses to city centre and Lawrence Hill train station in close walking distance (trains to Bath, Clifton etc). Situated close to Church Road (with its popular pubs and restaurants) and St George's Park.
There is parking on the road outside, no permit required.
Employer/landlord references will be requested and a credit check made. The property is managed directly by the owner, not agency.
