Lovely big loft room available in Easton

Hi, my name’s Kerina and I have a lovely room in my house that I’m looking to rent out!

All bills are included.

The room is a very big loft room (bigger than it looks in photos!), plenty of space for a double bed and lots of other bits too. It is unfurnished but does have clothes rails and a couple of low shelves. The house has a good sized kitchen, a lovely living room, two bathrooms, and a garden. There’s also a piano in the living room that you’d be welcome to play!

Great location! Very close to Bristol and Bath Railway Path to easily get into town, extremely close to Stapleton Road train station which goes to Clifton and Temple Meads in minutes. There’s also a cute little café at the end of the road that does great brunch, and Gepetto's pizza which I think does the best takeaway pizza in Bristol!

I’m looking for all the usual housemate things (considerate, reasonably clean and tidy) but I’d also really like to meet someone who I get on well with. I love to be out and about (going to dance classes, choir, meeting friends for meals out and trips to the theatre) but I also really enjoy a night in with a shared meal, a tv show and crafts (I'm currently crocheting a sunflower cardigan). It’s important to me that the house feels like a home for both of us.

I’m not a big drinker or party-er, I prefer just having a couple of friends over for a chilled night in. This is a non-smoking house.
