Double room flat share in new build BS5

Hi Kate, I’m 33 and training to be an educational psychologist . I have lived here for five years.

The flat is in a great location in Redfield just off Church Road and is a 5 min walk to St George park. The local area has lots to offer in terms of eating and drinking and I love living here. All the other owners moved in around the same time so we all know eachother and it’s a really friendly building.

I live a relatively ‘sensible’ life during the week because of work but still enjoy a good time at the weekends.

The room is a double and comes unfurnished. There is a chest of drawers in there at the moment but it can be removed if that doesn’t suit. There is a secure bike storage building out the back and we’ve made a communal patio space for those of us who aren’t lucky enough to have gardens.
