Cosy, fully furnished double room available in modern, well-equipped flat with new, high-quality fittings and electric wall heaters in every room. There is also a desk in the living room that you're free to use!

Bus stops to the centre and Filton are right outside the flat, and it's only a 5-minute walk to IKEA and a Tesco Extra. There are also cafes, takeaways, charity shops, a post office, GP and pharmacy nearby, and Eastville Park is just down the road.

I'm home most of the time but also appreciate my space, so won't be in your face 24/7. I'm easy-going, well-travelled and respectful of others. I like my space to be kept clean and tidy but otherwise I'm pretty laid back and like people to feel at home.

Happy to provide temporary accommodation while you look elsewhere, but would prefer someone looking to stay for at least 6 months.
