Large Double Ground Floor Bed Room

We have an unfurnished large double, south facing ground floor room up for grabs in our shared house in Easton, just off Stapleton road, and v. close to St Marks Rd. A 20 min walk into town.
The kitchen/ dining area is open plan and has been recently refurbished. The shared living room has a big tv with all the channels. There’s space for a bike if you have one.
We have a small garden with lots of different mint varieties and yard, which is usable and is nice to hang out in. There is easy access to the M32, and street parking.
We have fast internet, a cleaner (who cleans the communal areas twice a month) and some storage on the 3rd floor.

We are aged 36-47, and looking for someone sociable, respectful and used to living in a shared environment. Someone who likes to cook and share meals sometimes, chill and watch tv or go out now and again and have the odd shared gathering would be great. Most of the time we do our own thing.


It's not a party house, as we have partied through that type of life, but we do go out and party for sure. More into dinner parties now 😂. We are all meat eaters, just incase that's a deal breaker.


Strictly no pets, sorry, because of allergies. And emphasising that there is strictly no smoking inside the house is also important.
Bills fluctuate a little, but work out around £110ish mark pp each month.
