The house is occupied by 5 friendly tenants who are working professionals. Three male and two female all in their mid 20s to early 30s.

The rooms come with the use of a communal living room with TV and a large kitchen. There is a garden with access to the rear of the property along with a shed which can be used for storing bits e. g. bikes etc. A cleaner comes once a week.

The property is a 5 minute drive to the M32 and a 15 minute walk in to Bristol City Centre. There are 2 train stations nearby within only a 5 minute walk (Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill).

We enjoy going to the pub, nights out, and the occasional house dinner at local places.

All bills are included in the rent including council tax, electricity, broadband, TV, etc.
