Furnished double room in lovely house in Easton. Available in December and can be flexible on move in date.

About the house: The room is a double with space for a small desk to work from home. I have an ensuite so the main bathroom is solely yours, there is also another toilet downstairs. There is a shared kitchen and living/dining room. I also have a garden and driveway with space for another car. Easton is a really lovely location with plenty of great pubs/restaurants such as the Greenbank and Garden of Easton nearby. The cycle path is also extremely close so makes it very easy to cycle into town (roughly 10-15mins).

About me: I'm a 31 year old Engineer. I'm looking for someone who's sociable, respectful and tidy to move into my house. Ideally looking for someone who can become a friend not just a housemate. I work in a hybrid way so roughly half in the office, half from home but it's completely flexible. I have a cat called Toto, he's a beautiful British Blue and very friendly. I enjoy being active, going to the gym, tennis, padel etc I enjoy a night out as much as a night in and ofc a good netflix series.
