Room to rent in Easton

Hi We are Polly and Kate. We have a room going spare in our house in Easton, really close to St Marks road and the Greenbank pub and the sugarloaf (feel free to tell me which is your favourite out of the two and why!)

The house has an open plan kitchen dinning living room kitchen and small(very) garden. Two bedrooms and a bathroom and shower on the first floor. and a loft room.

Polly: I used to climb (sport) a lot more when I was living in a sunny country but I'm hoping that this winter I can get my strength (mind and body) up to climb more next summer. In the meantime I'm happy to hike one day a weekend and do DIY the other. In the evenings at the weekend I like to either go to the pub with friends, occasionally go out out (although these days the impact of this hardly seems worth it!), I also really enjoy cooking (apparently using every surface in the kitchen). During the week in term time (I'm a lecturer) unfortunately I often work late but try and squeeze in a run or boulder and get an early night. It would be great if we could have dinner together once or so a week.

Kate: I work for the forestry commission and enjoy being outside. I'm currently trying to be vegan. Generally in the week I like to cook something nice and go for walks. At the weekend I try to go for a bike ride or explore the country side with friends.

Its important to me that we gel as housemates so ideally you are someone who is relatively environmentally friendly and enjoys nature and is kind, friendly and considerate. I'm happy for you to have a few friends round mid week so long as it wasn't past 9-10- the weekend I care less about that (but definitely no parties)!. I don't mind if you work from house 1-2 days a week (and understand that rent might increase to reflect any increase bills because of this) but not full time. I'm initially looking for a female over 30 and someone who has bothered to read this far so I won't have time to respond if that isn't you so sorry!
