Spacious double room in Greenbank

My dog, Benny, and I look forward to welcoming a warm, like-minded and independent spirit(s) to share our home in the friendly neighbourhood of Greenbank (Easton).

If you don't know the area already, think community-focused, unique shops and cafes, extensive greenspace, easy access to the Railway Path, Stapleton Road Station.. . . I have lived here for 10 years and am very connected to place and people.

You will have the main bedroom, which is light and spacious with kingsize bed, good storage, comfy chair and desk. We will share the cosy sitting room (with wood burning stove), kitchen-diner, bathroom and secluded garden. There is on-road parking and a bike shed.

The rent is £750 pcm (including all bills). An additional £100 if rented by a couple.

I work from home as a freelance Celebrant. You will need to be studying/working outside of the home for the majority of your working time.
