Double room for rent Whitehall

Hi there, Laura, Remi and Groseille the cat here,
We live in a 3 bedrooms end of terrace house (with 2 bathrooms) in Whitehall and looking for a lodger.
It's a wide fully furnished double room with bay window, all furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves....), you will have your own bathroom 95% of the time. The house has a little garden and garage (really good if you have a bike).
We are both professional and love sharing a beer, diner or going out for a gig down Bristol .
The price is 650£ all included (530 + 120 bills) for one person.
Our little cat Groseille is a bit shy at first but really chill and friendly.
