George, Katja and myself are looking to find a 4th housemate to join us on Camelford Road, Easton. We are looking for a preferably female person to join us so as to have a balanced dynamic in the house. Rent is £493.50. Bills vary depending on time of year due to heating costs etc. DSS accepted.
We are hoping to find a kind, and reasonable person to be a member of our house!
George is a software developer, Katja is an artist and I'm a musician/music therapist in training.
We are pretty work driven and really value a relaxed, friendly and calm home environment. Its important to us that the communal spaces are left clean and tidy for everyone to enjoy.
People with good communication, self awareness and boundaries to the front!
We do like to cut loose sometimes but... respectfully! 😇
