Double Room in spacious house, Easton

Hello, I am seeking a lodger to join me in this spacious 3 bed house. The third bedroom has been converted into an office which we can share, so there is plenty of space within the house. There is a chest of drawers in the office that you can use if you find space in the bedroom limited.

I am 35 and work in sustainability and usually work from home 1 or 2 days a week. I am fairly sociable, love the great outdoors, tennis, reading, cooking, running, cycling.

Looking for someone to share the house with who is keen to have the occasional meal together, watch a film and be an all-round good egg.


Rent includes council tax. Electricity and Gas is on a pay-as-you-go metre and water is billed quarterly which we will share, probably about £65/80 a month. There is bicycle storage and a small garden out the back.

The area is great with St George Park at the end of the road - perfect for a walk in the sun. There are lots of lovely pubs and cafes nearby. The Bristol to Bath cycle path, is also close by, it takes about 5/10 mins to get into town.

There is a bed in the room so ideally that can stay but I'm not too precious.
