Large single room, sharing house with father and t

Hi, I'm Leon, I live with my son Louis in a lovely spot in Easton where there is a great sense of community.
We would like to rent our lovely light and airy room with a tree view to somebody who is outgoing, independent and is happy tidying up after themselves. Louis is 17 so I need somebody to be able to understand a father/ teenage son relationship.
We are both pretty chill and also very sociable. We both like going out but also our quiet time. We would be happy to share an evening meal together from time to time.
The house has an extended kitchen with access to the garden, a shared bathroom on the 1st floor, my son has his own bathroom in the loft. There is also a sitting room with log burner and tv. I work 4 days a week and my son attends college for 3 days.
We also have a very affectionate cat named Raf.
