The House:
A Victorian terrace with 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, washing machine and a microwave. There is a large sitting room and separate dining room so there is always space to chill. The spacious bathroom features a toilet, shower and a bath.

The Area:
Situated in the vibrant district of Easton, you'll be just a 2-minute stroll away from St Marks Road, known for its diverse array of cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Whether you're in the mood for a cozy coffee shop, a pub with live music, or a delicious meal, you'll find it all here. The area is also home to a variety of independent shops, and international markets. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, Easton offers several parks and green spaces, including the beautiful Eastville Park, perfect for jogging, picnics, or simply relaxing. The neighborhood is known for its strong sense of community and vibrant cultural scene, making it a great place to live. The house is conveniently located 20 minutes' walk from the city center and 5 minutes from Stapleton Road station, offering regular trains to Bristol Temple Meads (9 mins), Clifton (8 mins) and more.

Having lived and worked abroad, I appreciate diverse cultures and enjoy traveling and dancing salsa! I value personal space and will respect yours. I am out of the house 5 or more days a week for work.
