Cosy Room in Easton

I have a room in my small but homely 2 bed in Easton, in walking distance to Stapleton Rd station and St Marks road shops. Greenbank cemetery is 10 mins walk and you can get to Cabot circus in about 20 mins.

The room looks out onto green space which is a treat in Easton, and there’s a shared living room and separate kitchen. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as an air fryer, bread machine and soda stream.

There’s currently a single bed but I’m changing this to a double, or the room can be unfurnished if you prefer.

I have a toddler who is with me 3/4 nights a week so I’m looking for a fairly chilled out professional who doesn’t mind a little bit of chaos in return for a friendly and warm home. I work from home most of the time and have my son with me one daytime a week, so ideally you don’t work from home unless you don’t mind some distractions. I enjoy a glass of wine and a boogie when I have the time, though my days of partying all week are behind me. I also paint and sometimes go to life drawling classes. It would be nice to share cooking sometimes and have a natter in the evening.
