Friendly professional house share in the heart of the lively Redfield area.

Very large fully furnished double room with freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed / mattress.

The house has a great kitchen / diner area with washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The rear garden is a real sun trap it has a low maintenance astroturf, table and chairs for alfresco dining and rear access for bikes with security locks as well.

The position of the house is ideal being a minute walk from Aldi and Tesco supermarkets and all the great bars, cafes, restaurants and bakeries Redfield has to offer. The beautiful St George’s park is again a minute walk away with tennis courts, skate park and lake. It’s a cracking park with people flocking there in the summer.

I am looking for a female professional to join 2 males and one other female to balance the house. All bills included plus a cleaner who will pop in every two weeks.
